The 49th AOCAF Championship, commonly referred to as AOCAF Cup 49 or simply AOCAF 49, was the 49th edition of the AOCAF Cup, the international football championship of Atlantian Oceania organized by AOCAF. It was held in Audioslavia from 14 June to 10 July 2224. Farfadillis were defending champions.
Three time AOCAF Champion nation Audioslavia was chosen as the host nation, after presenting an unopposed bid, which was endorsed by four confederation members with no votes to re-open bidding. The matches were played in eleven stadia in ten cities: Cathair, Kjelstad, Izotzazubia, Ferramendiak, Hasiera, Morezerua, Oljestaden, Ceilerden, Lemmington, and Lemco City. This was the second occasion on which Audioslavia had hosted the AOCAF Cup, having previously hosted AOCAF Cup 42.
Entrants
Thirty teams participated in AOCAF 49 as opposed to twenty-four in AOCAF 48. Of the twenty-four teams which participated in AOCAF 48, twenty were present in Audioslavia for AOCAF 49. Protectoria, Ratastan, Swilatia, and Weimania did not return.
Final draw
The thirty entrants were seeded into five pots of six teams, and then drawn into six groups of five teams. To ensure balanced numbers between pots, one of the seven unranked nations entering the tournament was randomly selected to be placed into pot four. As the title holders, Farfadillis were seeded in Pot 1, as were the hosts Audioslavia. The other twenty-eight teams were seeded according to their AOCAF Ranking, updated after the completion of World Cup 73.

Group winners, runners-up, and best four third-placed teams advance to the Round of 16.
