NationStates College Football season 15

NationStates College Football season 15 or NSCF 15 was the 15th season of NSCF, and the third under Cosumarite leadership. At season's end, Ramusok Capital University defeated Universite St. Croix in the championship game, winning their second title, and the third for Cosumar (equalling the three Osarian titles claimed by Utica). As stipulated by the NSCF procedural list, the commissioner was obligated to invite nominations for the next three season leadership term.

NSCF season 15 was contested by thirty member schools, split up into five conferences; Celestia, Horizon, Mineral, Woodlands and Zephyr. Due to dwindling popularity and lack of school entry applications, the historic Big Eight and Sequoia conferences remain in suspension, as does the short-lived Equinox conference. Reigning champions Loyola-Istria did not submit the required paperwork in time, and had to be declined entry to defend their title, though several other schools returned. Among the pre-season favourites were perennial contenders Utica University and Ramusok Capital University, as well as Harbor College, who had reached multiple championship games in recent years.

Rankings reflect those in the combined Oracle/Cosumarite Courier lists for that week. This applies until week eleven, from which point the official NSCF seeding order (based on OSPI) is used. Note that weeks eleven to thirteen are all "non-conference weeks", meaning the games played are between schools in different conferences. The results of these matches have no bearing on conference championship standings, but are counted toward playoff seeding order.
