Rabastor Premier League season 1, also referred to as The 2300-01 Rabastor Premier League or RPL 1 was the 1st season of a combined professional football league (the RFL pyramid) in the Rabastorian Union. It was also the 100th recorded season of professional football in Osarius. The season ran from 28 July 2300 to 1 June 2301, when the Rabastor Champions' Cup final was contested.
It was the first season of officially contested professional football after the end of the Temporal War, and Alissar Phoenix finished atop the league table, claiming their first RPL championship.
Teams
Eighteen teams competed in the league, having been invited by the Osarian Football Association (OFA) on sporting merit, as there was no official league immediately prior. In the intervening years since the dissolution of the OFA Pro League, clubs had organised competitions and tournaments amongst themselves, with no official sanction from the OFA.
Four clubs made their first appearances in a top tier league: Koroshi Impulse, Neahri Angels, Negus Koromanti and Verda Zephyr.
Notably, all participating teams were from Osarius and Cobrio, even though two other nations are a part of the RFL pyramid.
